3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

4. Booking and Payments

4.1 Booking

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.3 Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit 50% of the booking fee. See our Refund Policy for more details.

You retain all rights to the content you create using our services. However, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
